Abstract
A model is constructed for low-energy γ+pK++Λ0 reactions in accordance with dispersion theory by neglecting faraway singularities. Thus, besides the Born terms due to one-nucleon intermediate state and K+ exchange, we also employ the K* exchange and a resonance in the final state similar to that found in the reaction π+pK0+Λ0.
