Abstract
The inhibitory effect of N-substituted derivatives and esters of epsilon-aminocaproic acid, of L-lysine and of L-arginine upon enzymic lysis of human fibrinogen by plasmin is studied. N-Carbobenzoxy-epsilon aminocaproic acid and its esters are most inhibitory. Esters of L-lysine are moderately inhibitory. N N'' -Dicarbobenzoxyloxy-L-lysyl-N'' -carbobenzoxyl-L-lysine is also a powerful inhibitor. Keywords
