Abstract
Dietary iodinated casein in chicks given vit. B12 led to higher vit. B12 contents of ceca; and in chicks not given vitamin B12 to lower vitamin B12 contents of liver than in respective controls (without iodinated casein). Ability of iodinated casein to increase the sensitivity of chicks to dietary vitamin B12 is presumed due in part to an interference with intestinal absorption of the vitamin. Keywords
