Abstract
A method for quantitative determination of the antiinflammatory drugs prednisone, prednisolone and hydrocortisone in plasma, using triamcinolone acetonide as internal standard, is presented. The calibration curves were evaluated statistically. The method was applied to plasma samples from 1 subject, who was receiving single daily doses of prednisone.
