Abstract
Four patients with acute relapsing pancreatitis had drainage of the main pancreatic duct through the duct of Santorini and accessory papilla by endoscopic retrograde pancreatography. No other cause of pancreatitis was identified. These cases and the possible significance of this association are discussed.
