Precision Measurement of theΩ−Magnetic Moment

Abstract

Using a sample of $2.35\times {10}^5$ polarized ${\Omega }^{-}\to \Lambda K^{-}$ decays, we have measured the ${\Omega }^{-}$ magnetic moment to be ${\mu }_{{\Omega }^{-}}=(-2.024\mathrm{}\pm 0.056){\mu }_N$.
