Asymmetry and Differential Cross Section for Elastic Scattering ofK+Mesons by Polarized Protons at 1.54 and 1.71 GeV/c

Abstract
The asymmetry and differential cross section for elastic scattering of K+ mesons from polarized protons have been measured at meson momenta of 1.54 and 1.71 GeV/c, and these new data have been included in an energy-independent phase-shift analysis. The P32 wave obtained displays some resonancelike character.
