Abstract
The available bandwidth for a monolithic ZnO pn‐diode memory correlator can be significantly increased by employing a thicker ZnO film which adapts the device to the Sezawa mode of operation. Herein we report the first Sezawa‐mode pn‐diode‐array memory correlator and describe its operating characteristics. The device displays a 3‐dB bandwidth of 20 MHz at a center frequency of 164 MHz; storage times are on the order of tens of milliseconds.Keywords
