Abstract
For determination of the sequence of N-terminal amino acids of 2 or 3 times recrystallized hemoglobin specimens, Snager''s DNP and Edman''s PTH methods were applied together with Hyflo supercel-chromatographic analysis. As far as the results indicate, 2-3 kinds of peptide chains with different terminal sequences were found with hemoglobins of various animals as follows: [image].This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
