Abstract
Measurements have been made of the natural radiative lifetimes of rubidium highly excited (9<or=n<or=21) F states. The nF states are populated using super-radiant cascading effects in rubidium Rydberg levels. Lifetimes calculated by the Coulomb approximation method agree with our experimental data. Keywords
