The Seminal Vesicle as the Source of the Spermatozoa-Coating Antigen of Seminal Plasma.

Abstract
Fluorescein- conjugated anti-seminal plasma immune globulin stains specifically human and rabbit seminal spermatozoa, but not testicular ones. The same reagent permitted the demonstration of the antigen within the epithelial cells and in the ducts of the seminal vesicle. Antigen is absent in other components of the genital tract.
