Abstract
Orosomucoid has been prepared by fractional precipitation with perchloric acid followed by chromatography on DEAE-cellulose. All the components of which the protein is built up, have been determined. Special attention is paid to the amino acids and amide nitrogen. The number of carbohydrate and amino acid residues in orosomucoid are calculated. This publication has 11 references indexed in Scilit:
