Abstract
The pharmacological properties of 6 metabolites of imipramine were studied in comparison with the parent compound. All the metabolites potentiated peripheral sympathicotropic effects of exogenously administered catecholamines. In contrast some qualitative differences were observed in other tests of central and peripheral activities. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
