Abstract
The assignment of the13C- and1H-NMR spectra of eight oligosaccharides of the lacto-N-tetraose and neotetraose series was obtained from homonuclear and heteronuclear correlation spectroscopy. These analyses were performed on the following compounds: Galβ1-3GlcNAcβ1-3Galβ1-4Glc; NeuAcα2-3Galβ1-3GlcNAcβ1-3Galβ1-4Glc; Galβ1-3[NeuAcα2-6]GlcNAcβ1-3Galβ1-4Glc; NeuAcα2-3Galβ1-3[NeuAcα2-6]GlcNAcβ1-3Galβ1-4Glc; NeuAcα2-3Galβ1-3[Fucα1-4]GlcNAcβ1-3Galβ1-4Glc; Fucα1-2Galβ1-3[NeuAcα2-6]GlcNAcβ1-3Galβ1-4Glc; Galβ1-4GlcNAcβ1-3Galβ1-4Glc; NeuAcα2-6Galβ1-4GlcNAcβ1-3Galβ1-4GlcKeywords
