Abstract
The log J vs. log E plots of lead zirconate titanate (PZT), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), and the composite of PZT/PVDF are studied. Both PZT and PVDF follow ohmic conduction in their pure form. However, the composites show markedly different behaviour. Samples with high concentration of PZT content i.e. P7 (70 wt% PZT) and P9 (90 wt% PZT) show sublinear behaviour below 30 kV/cm and supralinear behavior above this field. Keywords
