Abstract
Optical amplification gain spectra are calculated for typical radiative exciton-exciton collision processes by the use of the spontaneous emission spectra obtained in the preceding paper. The result well explains the experimental unsaturated gain spectra of GaAs. The stimulated emission spectra due to the two-exciton collision processes are shown, in good agreement with experiment, to shift towards lower energies with increasing the pumping intensity, excitation length and temperature. Keywords
