Abstract
New solid state PVC membrane ISEs for cholate analysis are proposed. Trioctyldodecylammonium cholate is used as exchanger in the polymeric membrane of the sensors, while the inner reference solution is replaced by a solid state contact. The electroanalytical properties of the sensors are determined. The effect of different contact materials on the behaviour of the sensor is also studied. Keywords
