Abstract
The paper is based on the study of 90 hospital patients, most of whom were practically normal and none of whom had demonstrable disease of the digestive tract. The acidity of undiluted gastric juice, obtained with the alcohol test meal and with the help of histamin, was found to be correlated positively with physical fitness and negatively with age. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
