Two-Body Decays of Vector and Pseudoscalar Mesons in a Broken SU(4) Scheme

Abstract
The two-body decays of the "old" and the "new" mesons are studied in a broken SU(4) scheme. The scheme succeeds in suppressing Γ(ψηcγ). Sum rules among amplitudes are derived to support Γ(ρπγ)75 keV.
