Abstract
An assay for urinary tyramine based on its reaction with fluorescamine and subsequent separation on reverse phase column has been described. The method is simple, sensitive and free from interferences. Patients with neuroblastoma, pheochromocytoma and Parkinson's disease have elevated levels of urinary tyramine. Keywords
