Abstract
We measured the size dependence of the energy relaxation time of PbSe quantum dots at roomtemperature. The radius of the dots was evaluated by small-angle x-ray scattering. We found amonotonic decrease of the relaxation time from 25 to 1 ps with a decrease of the radius r from 2.9to 1.4 nm. The 1/r3 dependence of the relaxation rate was indicatedKeywords
