Abstract
Using a monoclonal antibody against human erythropoietin, its immunoreactivity was localized in the endothelial cells of peritubular blood vessels in the anemic mouse kidney. Other cell components of the kidney including glomeruli and tubules were negative. The non-anemic, normal kidney failed to reveal erythropoietin immunoreactivity. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
