Energy dependence of isospin mixing matrix elements

Abstract
Recently published values for the isospin mixing width at energies of 17 to 22 MeV in the nucleus are used to infer values for the isospin mixing matrix elements. It is found that these are much smaller in magnitude than those deduced at much lower energies from decay measurements.
