Abstract
By benzoic acid precipitation of alkaline extracts of alfalfa and oat leaves it has been possible to prepare gonadotropic extracts which are capable of producing ovulation in the rabbit upon intraven. inj. The solubilities and precipitation reactions of the active material are similar to those described for the gonadotropic activity of pregnancy urine. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
