THE PARATHYROIDS AND THE CLEARANCE OF INORGANIC PHOSPHATE

Abstract

Injs. of inorganic phosphate were made to obtain a high blood level and the clearance of phosphate and creatinine was detd. simultaneously on normal and parathyroidectomized dogs and on dogs treated with parathormone. No differences in the phosphate: creatinine clearance ratios were observed in any of the groups.
