Abstract
Commercially prepared fluorescein-labeled [sheep] antihuman antibodies were labeled with 125I and used to compare specific herpes simplex virus antibody titers as determined by [serodiagnostic] indirect fluorescent antibody and radioimmunoassay. Total virus-specific immunoglobulin [Ig] and virus-specific IgG titers did not vary by > one 2-fold dilution when compared by the 2 methods. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
