Abstract
Incident light microscopy of fibroblasts stained with Coomassie blue R250 results in images of the cytoskeleton with a similar high contrast to those obtained by specific immunofluorescence microscopy. This technique is especially useful for the routine visualization of the cytoskeleton of transformed cells. Keywords
