The distribution of the vitamin B complex

Abstract
The vitamin B1 content of apple, banana, orange and tomato was studied. The orange had the largest amount, equal to that of the green leaf vegetables and ox liver and to 1/5 that of yeast. The vitamin B2 content of all the fruits tested was low. The B1 and B2 potencies of all foodstuffs tested by the author and associates are tabulated for comparison.
