Abstract
Regression of all lesions and relief of symptoms occurred in 2 patients with Wegener''s granulomatosis treated with chlorambucil. One patient is living and well after 22 months of treatment and the other after 12 months. Both have shown a striking reversal of abnormal protein electrophoretic patterns. Therapy with chlorambucil has been continuous. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
