Abstract
A novel type of electro-optic (EO) modulator using guided wave resonance in a planar zinc-oxide waveguide is presented. The device is studied as a bulk EO modulator. We report experimental results concerning the determination of the coefficients of the EO tensor of the ZnO layer.Keywords
