Abstract
This paper deals with the clinical and postmortem findings in 2 patients with macroglobulinemia, 1 of whom also had associated polymyositis. Similarities to, and differences from, multiple myeloma, lymphoid leukemia, and lympho-sarcoma are reviewed.Keywords
