Abstract
Two patients developed an erythematous, rock-hard induration of their forearms after strenuous physical activity. Peripheral eosinophilia was noted in 1 patient, but hypergammaglobulinemia was absent. Systemic corticosteroid treatment resulted in remarkable involution of the process in 1 patient, while the other experienced spontaneous involution. The histologic changes were those of eosinophilic fasciitis. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
