Abstract
We will show that Marshalek's theory of boson-expansion method for odd-fermion system leads to a nonassociative algebra. Nevertheless, explicit forms of the ideal Marumori space as well as exact boson-expansion formulas have been found to be essentially unchanged from those obtained by Marshalek. Keywords
