Abstract
Summary Pyrimethamine (Daraprim) was given to 12 healthy volunteers for 49 days at a dosage of 25 mg. single dose daily. Six subjects developed a megaloblastic type of anemia with rapid remission when the drug was stopped.This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
