Cholestatic Hepatitis Associated with Trifluoperazine

Abstract
TRIFLUOPERAZINE, a recently introduced A phenothiazine derivative, is closely related chemically to prochlorperazine.§ Recently, in a patient receiving this drug¶ the clinical, laboratory and biopsy findings of cholestatic hepatitis identical with that seen with other phenothiazine compounds developed.
