Relativistic effects in the forward deuteron photodisintegration cross section

Abstract
The authors investigate the effect of the one-body ( rho 1) and two-body ( rho 2) relativistic corrections to the charge density on the differential cross section at 0 degrees for deuteron photodisintegration. rho 1 also includes the kinematical contributions due to the wavefunction transformations. The effect of rho 2 evaluated in pseudovector pi N coupling adds coherently to that of rho 1, leading to a noticeable improvement of the fit to the data. This improvement is not obtained using the pseudoscalar pi N coupling.
