Abstract
In connection with optical memory effect, the change in the transmission by exposure to light is studied for amorphous As–Se glass films. The change is found to be dependent upon the As content. In addition, photodecomposition is observed for the As60Se40 film, but not for the As40Se60 film. Keywords
