Abstract
A patient with Goldenhar's syndrome and an ipsilateral intracranial dermoid cyst is reported. It is suggested that the combination of both entities may not be coincidental but due to their related embryological origin. This report also reemphasizes the value of computerized tomography in the preoperative diagnosis of intracranial dermoid cysts. Keywords
