Quasielastic electron scattering fromHe3andHe4

Abstract

Experimental quasielastic electron scattering results for ${}_{}{}^3{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{He}$ and ${}_{}{}^4{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{He}$ are given for 500 MeV incident electrons and a laboratory scattering angle of 60°. The dynamics of the ${}_{}{}^3{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{He}$ and ${}_{}{}^4{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{He}$ nuclei are discussed in light of the results.
