Abstract
At certain values of a (weak) magnetic field in a thin (compared to an electron elastic mean free path l) perfectly cylindrical wire, a strong localisation occurs when L, li>>l (L is the wire length, li is an electron inelastic mean free path). Otherwise the resistance logarithmically decreases with temperature even when li= infinity . Experiments on polyacetylene are considered.
