Abstract
Hyalinosis cutis et mucosae in 3 patients in 1 family was observed. It appears histologlcally that the hyalin deposit in the cutis contains no fat. The PAS [periodic acid schiff] reaction is positive and the deposit probably consists of acid polysaccharides. Neither sick or healthy members of the family demonstrate biochemical abnormalities.Keywords
