Higgs-scalar decays: H→W±+X

Abstract
Decays of a Higgs scalar in the mass range mWmH2mW (mW=W± mass ≃ 83 GeV) are examined. For mH125 GeV, the branching ratio for HW±+X is found to be substantial, provided the top quark is heavy, mt>mH2. Implications of our results for hadron-hadron-collider experiments are briefly discussed.
