Abstract
The cross sections for excitation of hydrogen atoms from the n=1 and n=2 states are calculated for incident energies between 12.1 and 12.75 eV. The calculations are made variationally, and employ a large pseudostate basis. Energies and widths of resonances are obtained. Keywords
