Abstract
Thiopental markedly reduces I13 uptake by thyroid tissue in vivo. Nembutal, Delvinal, and Avertin exercise no significant effects on the thyroid system studied. It is probable that metabolic products of thiopental are responsible for the observed anti-thyroid action. Keywords
