Abstract
The precipitin reaction has been used to locate serum proteins separated by thin-layer gel filtration on Sephadex G-200, thereby greatly increasing the sensitivity of the method. A pattern of lines reminiscent of immunoelectrophoresis is produced, but the proteins are separated in order of their molecular size and not in accordance with their electrical charge. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
