Abstract
70 patients with hyperthyroidism received methylthiouracil. Control of the disease was evident in about 6 weeks. Seven patients had coincident reactions. 13 of 22 patients who received methylthiouracil for 12 mos. or longer had a relapse of hyperthyroidism when the drug was omitted.Keywords
