Abstract
The codoped phosphor shows intense blue absorption and tunable green-to-red emission. The energy transfer from to in this phosphor has been demonstrated to be a resonant type via an electric dipole-dipole mechanism. The phosphor would be the great potential application as a blue radiation-converting phosphor for white light-emitting diodes.
