Effect of finite core size on the RKKY interaction

Abstract
It is shown that the finite size of the magnetic core has only a minor effect on the RKKY exchange interaction; this is in contradistinction to the result of a recently published theory (see ibid., vol.7, p.L69 (1977)).Keywords
