Abstract
Rate of secretion of 17-hydroxycorticosterone by the dog adrenal as determined by chromatographic analysis of adrenal venous blood reached a low and apparently constant level within 4 hours after hypophysectomy. Two minutes after intravenous ACTH in these animals, the rate of secretion was significantly increased. Keywords
