Abstract
Heats of solution were studied in connection with the solvent extraction of ion pairs of tris(1, 10-phenanthroline)iron(II) chelate cations with halide, thiocyanate and perchlorate anions from water into nitrobenzene. The mechanism is discussed.Keywords
